We are working with our Glasgow based client to recruit a Housing officer until the end of August initially. The role will commence ASAP. The primary purpose of this role is to act as the named contact for tenants, delivering a comprehensive and customer-focused housing management service to residents within the organisation's homes and communities. The role will focus on delivering high-quality housing services by: Providing an efficient service that resolves issues at the earliest opportunity and achieves individual and organisational performance targets. Delivering a consistent, professional and customer-focused housing management service. Being visible, approachable and accessible to tenants within a designated housing patch.
