- A minimum of 12 months’ experience within the last 2 years working as a Homelessness Reviews Officer
- Direct experience undertaking Homelessness Part 7 s202 reviews
- Strong working knowledge of: xwzovoh

- Homelessness Code of Guidance
- Relevant case law
- Housing Act 1996 (as amended)
