Job Description
* Develop, maintain and continuously improve the company’s compliance framework, policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable Brazilian laws and regulations, internal standards and market best practices.* Oversee AML/CFT program: customer due diligence (CDD/KYC), enhanced due diligence (EDD), ongoing transaction monitoring, suspicious activity identification and reporting to the Unidade de Inteligência Financeira (UIF/COAF).* Manage sanctions screening oversight and politically exposed persons (PEP) controls in accordance with national and international lists.* Conduct enterprise‐wide compliance risk assessments; identify regulatory risks specific to leasing, secured lending and other retail/wholesale finance products; propose and implement mitigation measures.* Ensure compliance with data protection (LGPD) requirements in customer onboarding, processing and storage of personal data.* Prepare, submit and follow up on regulatory filings and disclosures to Banco Central do ...
