- Handle all incoming calls, transfer, take down and pass message to relevant department
- Assist in general administrative/clerical support (typing, printing, filing, mailing, courier etc)
- Renew and follow up on insurance policies, infrastructure permit and certification
- Liaise with vendors on the renewal, purchase, maintenance and other enquiries of equipment, machinery, devices and assets
- Raise PO in SAP system
- Assist in staff attendance and HR purchases
- Record & maintaining of staff leave record, staff particulars
- Assist on recruitment process such as application form preparation and related matters
- Assist in company’s function, employee welfare, events and any ISO & GMP support
- Assist in HR and ISO guidelines, policy and documentation
- Prepare and liaise any necessary for new incoming employees for orientation, PC access etc
