Responsibilities :
Manage all incoming calls and messages, ensuring they are accurately directed to the appropriate departments. Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support, including document preparation, filing, mailing, and courier coordination. Oversee applications, renewals, and follow-ups for insurance policies, work permits, and relevant certifications. Assist in maintaining staff records, including attendance, leave, and personal details, while supporting HR-related purchases. Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Support onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation, system access, and workplace setup. Organize and track staff training, development courses, and annual health check-ups in compliance with GMP and company policies. Contribute to company events, employee welfare initiatives, and assist in ISO and GMP-related tasks as required.
