Job Responsibilities- Handle and support day‑to‑day HR and admin related matters
- Prepare HR letters (i.e. disciplinary, contracts, confirmation, extension of probation, promotion, etc.)
- Maintain accuracy of the HR database and update employee records in the HR information system
- Follow up and ensure that all employees’ employment status is updated and processed timely
- Ensure all documentation is properly filed (i.e. P‑Files, E‑P Files) ...
