Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Supports in employee benefits, leave records, and reimbursement claims administration.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including document control, filing, and data management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodation, and travel insurance.
- Verify and process invoices and billings for payment submission.
- Manage office supplies, staff welfare matters, and general office administration.
- Coordinate routine office and showroom maintenance to ensure a well-maintained working environment.
- Assist in organizing and executing company events and employee engagement activities, including team-building sessions, festive celebrations, staff outings, and annual events.
