- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding.
- Support in recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, liaise with MOM, and coordinate dormitory arrangements.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
- Maintain employees’ attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with company policies and payroll requirements.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary actions and counselling sessions in accordance with company direction and government regulations.
