Coordinate job postings, sourcing, interview scheduling, basic screening, and liaison with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to support timely hiring. .
Onboarding & Offboarding -
Manage end-to-end onboarding and off boarding, including contracts, orientation,document collection, system and asset coordination, exit clearance, final documentation, and employee record updates. Employee Support & HR Governance

Employee Queries & HR Support -
Serveas the first point of contact for staff on HR policies, payroll, leave,benefits, and general employment matters, providing timely and professional support. .
Probation & Performance Administration -
Coordinate probation confirmations, performance review timelines, appraisal documentation,and follow-up with supervisors on required submissions. .
