Human Resource & Admin Manager
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Human Resource & Admin Manager to oversee the company’s human resource functions and office administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in HR practices, employee management and office administration, with strong communication and organisational skills.
The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees.
Key Responsibilities Human Resource Functions- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation and offboarding processes
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and maintain employee records
- Handle payroll coordination, leave management, CPF submissions and employee claims
