Our client is a growing construction company seeking a capable and hands-on HR & Administration Manager to lead both human resource operations and day-to-day administrative functions across head office and project sites. This dual-function role is central to maintaining smooth manpower operations, regulatory compliance, and an organised, productive workplace. Human Resource Management
. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding. . Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) via MOM's EP Online and WP Online portals. .
