About the Role
The HR officer will be the primary point of contact for HR and WHS advisory within this Department. You will act as the vital liaison between our agency and other Departments, ensuring stakeholders have the required support. This is a fast paced role requiring a blend of administrative precision, legislative compliance and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Advisory and Support: Provide timely, confidential HR and WHS advice to managers and staff based on policies and relevant instruments.
- Liaison and Coordination: Payroll, recruitment, and time/attendance queries, resolving escalations with a focus on positive outcomes.
