About the role As an HR Administrator, you are part of our global HR Shared Service Center and play a key role in delivering high-quality, standardized HR services across the employee lifecycle. You ensure efficient and compliant execution of HR processes, supporting a consistent employee experience across regions. In a structured and SLA-driven environment, you enable HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring reliable, accurate, and timely HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain employment documentation in line with internal policies and local requirements
- Manage probation tracking, contract updates, and employee status changes
