Job Summary:
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR processes. They play a vital role in maintaining employee records, managing benefits programs, and assisting with HR-related tasks.
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management 1 - 2 years relevant experience ERS Biometrics Experience Decision making Problem solving Position Responsibilities Biometrics – loading of new employee’s (ASO + TES) Ensuring pay slips are sent out in a timely manner. Ensuring IRP5’s are sent out to all employees accordingly.
