Coordinate onboarding and induction processes. Maintain recruitment records and reports. Maintain accurate employee records (electronic and manual). Ensure compliance with: Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Assist with Employment Equity reporting and submissions. Maintain leave records and attendance registers. Administer disciplinary documentation and process support. Capture payroll input (leave, overtime, deductions). Liaise with payroll providers. Issue employment confirmation letters and UIF documentation. Maintain HR databases and HRIS systems.
