Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Support
- Manage the inventory and distribution of employee essentials (uniforms, lockers, ID badges).
- Facilitate onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance forms and Employee Handbooks are issued and processed.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized personal files for our Direct Labor workforce.
- Bethe heart of our culture by coordinating company events, bazaars, and wellness talks.
- Manage welfare initiatives, including coordinating statutory medical check-ups and arranging employee gifts (newborn, hospitalization, condolences).
- Process weekly and monthly vendor payments related to cafeteria and staff welfare.
- Manage company transport administration, including coordinating company transport arrangements and handling all billing matters.
