Job Description
Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven HR Administrator to manage time and attendance processes, including timesheet tracking, overtime calculations, and biometric system administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth and accurate HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain blue-collar employees' timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Perform overtime calculations in line with company policies and labor regulations
- Handle biometric system registrations, updates, and troubleshooting
- Monitor attendance records, identify gaps, and take corrective action
- Verify and review employee documents required for biometric registration
- Generate and maintain Excel-based reports for attendance, overtime, and workforce data
- Analyze attendance trends and highlight discrepancies or irregularities
