Job Description
We are looking to hire on behalf of our client, an Educational Institution, a HR Administrator who is able to speak Irish on a temporary full time (35 hrs) contract initially until 31st May with possibility of being extended for an extra 1-2 months.
Provide a high‑quality administrative and Human Resources support service to the Unit, with responsibility for leave scheme administration, recruitment administration, contracts, payroll processing, and post management. The role involves liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders; preparing accurate documentation, reports, and correspondence; responding to queries in a timely and professional manner; and supporting meetings as required.
