Our IT client in Dublin city centre have an exciting requirement for a HR Advisor, for an 11 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for all first level HR support, within a busy Shared Services environment. The successful candidate requires 1+ years HR Operations Support experience . Hybrid working on offer, with 1-2 days onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
Provide HR Support to employees throughout EMEAOwn and evolve the HR contentResponsible for case management in a busy, high-volume, ticketing environment.Analyse trends and collaborate with global teamsAct as a subject matter expert in core HR processes (eg. Leave of absence, benefits, employee data, and Workday)EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1+ years of experience in HR operations in a shared services or centralized environmentStrong writing skills for HR Content & PoliciesProficiency in case management and HR systems
