The opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established construction firm to find an experienced People & Culture Administrator / Advisor to support their Brisbane head office team in Hendra.
This role has come about due to a high-volume HR inbox and an increase in white-collar hiring support needs. You'll play a critical role in keeping P&C operations running smoothly jumping into a mix of administrative, advisory, and employee relations tasks.
This is a 3 month temp assignment initially, with the potential to transition to permanent, making it a great foot in the door for someone looking to step into a broader HR generalist role.
