HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to recruit a proactive HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to join a busy and fast-paced HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied generalist role, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
* Based in Benfleet – Monday - Friday
* £34,000 – £38,000 DOE
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) desirable
* 3 days office - 2 days home
* May require some travel to other locations – plenty of notice given

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on a wide range of people matters, while working closely with senior HR stakeholders to deliver impactful HR solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
