Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for assigned countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide seamless support to employees and line managers on end-to-end resolution of HR queries.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
- Support the Senior HR Business Partner in various HR plans, initiatives and projects for the Asia region to ensure consistency across HR‑related transactions, projects, and initiatives.
- Drive and be responsible for specific projects by collaborating on region‑wide HR initiatives and projects, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
