Reporting to the HR Director - UK, in this role, as Human Resources Advisor (HRA), you will support the management and HR team in the provision of HR services at our Dudley/Cramlington or Deeside sites. This position will work with the local management team to identify and provide people solutions and development that drive effective business results and raise the level of organisational performance through the alignment of initiatives to strategic business goals.
This is a generalist role working in a UK HR team whilst part of a wider global team supporting the development and implementation of people related initiatives and systems.
