About the role
We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our local People Team, based in Milan.
You will report directly to the local HR Business Partner where you’ll have a specific focus on People Administration and Operations and you’ll partner with our central CoEs.
What you’ll be doing:
Taking full ownership for the administration for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding, performance management, development and coaching through to promotions and exits - this is an administrative role with high impactPreparing employment offer letters, contracts, letters of promotion and compensation changes in line with the National Labor Contract appliedOverseeing the correct flux of information within Workday (our HR system) related to the employees (hirings & leavings, contract, role and compensation changes, etc)Monitoring the correct management of the overtimes and absences accordingly to the Natio...
