Introduction:
Brunel is currently seeking an HR Advisor/Generalist II to support business strategy execution and delivery by leveraging common HR processes and developing efficient and effective HR interventions. This role partners with leadership and employees to ensure compliance, resolve employee relations matters, and promote an inclusive and effective workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for interpreting and ensuring compliance to HR policies, company processes, and relevant employment laws.
