- Responsible for working as an HR staff member.
【Job detail】
- Support C&B tasks (either payroll calculation or social insurance-related tasks)
- Handle attendance records and summarize payroll data monthly
- Manage and process procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees
- Support personnel file management, labor contracts, and related documents
- Update employee data on the system and maintain HR records properly
- Respond to employees’ inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and insurance policies
- Support other HR & administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
