We are seeking a forward‑thinking HRAnalytics & System Manager to drive excellence across our HR systems, data analytics, reporting and frontline people support team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent and Capability, this strategic yet hands‑on role will lead a small team and optimise platforms to successfully deliver actionable workflows and opportunities for efficiency. The position will champion Power BI to create People Dashboard for core people data reporting and will take the lead on People AI Projects.
Key success factors will include:
- Develop and implement a roadmap for systems, data, and support improvements aligned with the People Plan.
- Oversee People platforms (UKG Kronos, Cornerstone, CultureAmp, Snaphire), ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and user adoption.
