Responsibilities
- Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current
- Recording information, processing and filing forms
- Facilitate collection schedule to clients and bank transactions
- Preparing checks, deposits, check vouchers, telegraphic, SOA and other financial reports
- Knowledgeable in government mandated contributions and online filing
- Ensuring Finance Department runs smoothly and efficiently
- Prepare monthly report
- Administer permits and annual activities of the company
- Assist DTR and payroll process
- Prepare contracts, training needed and execute company orientation
- Facilitate medical assistance, supplies, gas, RFID, OB forms, company vehicle PMS, bookings and flights and visa
- Prepare and monitor letters, memos and utilities
