- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, liaising with employment agencies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Able to offer negotiations and conduct onboarding and induction programs with new hires. Documentation of new hires' information, such as crafting letters of offer, creating personal files, onboarding checklist forms and any related forms.
- Responsible for the payment and distribution of the worker’s dormitory in accordance with project sites.
- Assist with the documentation of workers' dormitory movements such as transfers in/out, home leave, or repatriation.
- Aid in matters related to dormitory leases, including tracking expiration dates, managing renewals or terminations, and negotiating rental rates.
