II. JOB OBJECTIVE

  • Leads, plans and implements efficient processes in ensuring timely and accurate payroll and employee benefits.
  • Leads, plans and implements efficient processes in delivering Administrative relevant requirements of the company.

III. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Human Resources – Compensation and Benefits

  • Responsible for preparing an accurate bi‑monthly payroll calculation, including salary adjustments, loan and other deductions using the My HR payroll solution.
  • Responsible for calculating sales commissions using an automated commission excel file and thereafter creating manual payment transactions in My HR payroll solution.
  • In coordination with the GL Accountant, responsible for creating and uploading accurate payroll entries in Epicor before month end.
