About the Role
We are seeking a hands‑on HR Executive to oversee day‑to‑day HR operations for our Singapore retail business. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end HR administration including work pass management, compliance matters, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & HR Operations- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain employee records
- Manage onboarding and exit processes including documentation and system updates
- Handle employee enquiries and provide HR support to operations teams
- Support disciplinary processes where required
- Handle foreign work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
