Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous HR and Compliance Manager to join our Export House in NOIDA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and ensuring the organization's adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards, particularly those pertaining to labor laws and export operations. This dual role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of both HR best practices and the complex regulatory landscape of the export industry in India.
