Responsibilities
- Support recruitment in terms of assisting with interview arrangement, screening of candidates.
- Prepare onboarding documents, coordinate onboarding, and announcements.
- Assist maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage off-boarding, including resignation letters and exit processes.
- Coordinate training programs, track completion, and handle funding applications.
- Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
- Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.
