Job Description
We are looking for a HR Assistant (on a 6 months contract) who will be able to provide strong administrative support to the HR team in the following functions:
- Process work pass administration, including application, issuance, renewal and cancellation of work passes
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing employment contracts, asset request forms, arranging pre-employment medical check-ups
- Administration of employee medical insurance and benefits plans
- Ensure adherence to Keller’s HSEQ guidelines and internal policies and compliance with HR policies
- Support general HR operations and administration duties such as invoice processing, data management (i.e. employee records, training records etc) and updates, reporting and any work as assigned.
