Job Description
What Will You Do?
- Document Management: Support in organizing, filing, and digitizing employee records
- Onboarding: Assist in preparing for the arrival of new team members (collecting data, preparing welcome kits, and initial documentation)
- Data Updates: Support in maintaining our employee database to ensure all information is up to date
- Administrative Follow-up: Assist in managing signatures for contracts, certificates, and other employment documents
- General Support Tasks: Occasional collaboration on office tasks and logistical support for the HR team
Requirements
- University Student: Ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with your study center (Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar)
- Organized Profile: Ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail
