Job Description
Responsibilities
- Integrate and adapt company's policy and ensure consistency/compliance to local legislation;
- Ensure prompt statutory submission and claim for reimbursement and payments and annual tax filing for Singapore;
- Assist HR Executive with interview arrangements;
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR System and handle HR monthly reporting;
- Handle onboarding and offboarding process;
- Manage employment passes application and renewal processes;
- Handle all administration matters for employees medical and insurance renewal;
- Attend to employees' queries, maintain and update on HR-related matters;
- Handle employee documents such as HR-related letters;
- Collate and analyse data to support central reporting capabilities.
- Onboarding of new KL staff;
- Staff welfare considerations;
- Weekly sharing session prep (ordering lunch, meeting room booking, etc); ...
