Responsibilities: Collaborate with Business Units during their reorganization, offering guidance on manpower requests. Investigate reorganization possibilities, emphasizing areas with potential synergies or a significant amount of administrative/transactional work that could be streamlined or automated. Supervise the precise upkeep of the organizational structure and positions in Success Factor. Act as the primary coordinator for the annual Manpower Budgeting Exercise for the Head Office, involving communication with divisions, reviewing their plans, and preparing presentations for Management clearance. Coordinate with Payrolls to execute budget cost planning for the upcoming Financial Year. Verify the accuracy of monthly workforce metrics for reporting purposes.
