Collate bimonthly temporary staff requisition request from all divisions. Seek and consolidate assessment of temporary staff requisition requests for management approval. Answer to divisions’ temporary staff requests and enquiries Liaison point between hiring divisions and recruitment agencies. Process monthly e-invoices for temp staff salaries by recruitment agenciesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding for temp staffManage temporary staff record.Arrange logistics for interviews / Schedule recruitment interviewsSend reject emails and track reasons for rejectionAny other ad hoc duties assignedJob Requirements:
