Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly report to the HRD Manager
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including new employee orientation
- Process and issue required documents for newly hired employees (ID, contract, ATM form, uniform, etc.)
- Utilize social media accounts for recruitment
- Create newly hired employees’ 201 record
- Update Plantilla of Personnel from time to time
- Record in Logbook all incoming documents related to HRD
- Update and monitor contracts of active employees especially for renewal
- Prepare and issue Certificate of Employment
- Perform HRD related tasks such as updating employee records (201)
