Job Description
  • Responsible for staff employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate and implement employee engagement activities and other programmes/events
  • Partner with HR to deliver staff wellness programmes such as health screenings
  • Manage Internal Communication on activities
  • Manage and publish news/events on intranet
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to organise Corporate Volunteer Programmes
  • Administer necessary procurement processes for payments to vendor.
  • Ensure daily task assigned are duly completed within KPI timeline
  • Update periodically reports and compilation of statistics.
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead / HR Manager
