Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Mathematics, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or other similar courses.
- Should have at least 5 years of HR-related work experience, preferably with exposure to payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Should have significant experience in the implementation, configuration, planning, and design of HR systems.
- Must be comfortable in handling and analyzing HR data.
- Have great written and oral communication skills and good analytical skills.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
