I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Conducts recruitment and selection activities to ensure that the most suitable candidate is selected for the right position in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Assists in the implementation and execution of various internal and external talent acquisition strategies to support the company’s hiring requirements
- Executes and activates strategies for different channels such as employee referrals, internal job promotion, job boards, social media, applicant referral, agency/hiring partners, campus recruiting, job fairs, etc.
- Develop and create engaging content that showcases the company’s culture, values, and employee experience across recruitment and employer branding platforms.
- Provide support in content production, including photography, videography, and basic editing of multimedia materials for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
