Job Description
The ideal candidate should have generalist experience in different areas related to the human resources field, with strong focus in leading projects at international level. He/she should be comfortable with the whole lifecycle of an employee in a Company, as well as demonstrate excellent Communication, Negotiation and Organization skills that allow him/her to provide appropriate advise and support to the buiness units asigned.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees, as well as negotiation with employees' representatives
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
