An opportunity is available for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join a complex, multi-site organisation, partnering closely with operational leaders across South Australia and providing remote support to Victorian sites.
This role is suited to a hands-on P&C professional who enjoys being close to the operation, spending time on site, building trusted relationships with leaders and employees, and supporting practical, people-centred outcomes in fast-moving environments.

You will work as a true business partner to operational leaders, providing day-to-day advice and support across the employee lifecycle.
