Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business goalsShaping organisational design, workforce and succession planningCoaching leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teamsSupporting change and transformation initiativesUsing people data and insight to drive decision-making and improve outcomesProviding expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislationCollaborating with HR Centres of Excellence on talent, resourcing and development initiatives
