HR Business Partner

We are looking for a high-energy, systemic Senior HRBP to lead our Dubai operational hub from 0 to 250+ employees . This role is for a site caretaker with a strong ownership mindset and someone who maintains operational order across 40+ nationalities , independently resolves complex employee relations (ER) cases, and seamlessly cascades global HR processes locally.
