As our HRBP in Dubai, UAE, you'll be part of global HR team and work with senior business leaders and various stakeholders to shape how we grow, how we lead, and how we perform. You'll move between big-picture organizational strategy and on-the-ground execution turning people insights into decisions that matter. Job Requirements- 5+ years experience in a true HRBP role with hands on capabilities and mindset.
- Proven track record supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment ideally in tech, fintech, or financial services.
- Deep working knowledge of UAE employment law; familiarity with DIFC/ADGM regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage.
