In partnership with team, evaluate Human Resources processes, procedures, and policies and proactively recommend approaches to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Serve as lead HR contact for select employee population providing guidance and support with performance management, talent/career development, employee relations.
- Foster a culture that values diversity and inclusion and that demonstrates fair and consistent management practices. In partnership with team, co⁃lead and drive ID&E strategy and initiatives for the brand.
- Partner on hiring and development and advancement of brand employees, this includes working with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to fill open positions, onboard new hires and build strong internal and external pipelines.
