About The Role
In this role, you act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Supply HSS/SRT leadership teams, helping translate business strategy into impactful people actions. You contribute to shaping a high‑performing, inclusive and psychologically safe culture where growth mindset, strong sense of accountability and appreciation enable people and teams to perform at their best. While the role has a global scope across our Supply HSS/SRT organizations (with local facilities in India and Brazil), you will also be closely connected to the local business in your location, acting as the HR Business Partner for the production unit. This gives you a unique opportunity to combine strategic impact with hands‑on partnership, building strong relationships and seeing the direct impact of your work.
