Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition and recruitment:Overseeing the entire hiring process, from job design and posting to screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

- Compensation and benefits:Administering payroll, monitoring timekeeping, managing benefits programs (such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG), and ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
